Anthony Bond Jr, MSW
Founder and Executive Director
Anthony Bond Jr, Founder of Bond Behavioral, received his Masters in Social Work Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Anthony has worked for many different populations before working with developmental disabilities including substance abuse, mental health, private practice, Medicaid and Aging, behavior consultant, school setting and more. His long term goal since under-grad was to always open a company but did not know the population and field to work with. Anthony loved to work with behaviors so much that he opened a company that will create opportunities to come work with a hardworking team, create memories, and bonds that will help achieve all clients success.

Kayla Welch, MSW
Director of Bond Behavioral Services
Kayla Welch, Director of Bond Behavioral, received her Masters in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Kayla has hands-on experience in many areas in the Social Work field such as Geriatrics, longterm care, memory
care, hospice/bereavement care, patients with intellectual disabilities, and behavior consultant. Kayla is extremely pationate, hardworking, hands on with the Indianapolis community, and is eager about making a change in this population. Kayla directs all Bond Behavioral Services departments.

Wyakita Toles BS, CTRS
Director of Recreation Department
Wyakita Toles, Director of Recreation has focused the last 8 years of her career helping individuals. She works from a collaborative strengths-based approach which respects the individuals values and lifestyle.
Mrs. Toles received her bachelor's from Indiana University in Recreational Therapy with a minor in Psychology in December 2012. She has worked with individuals from various backgrounds and stages in life including but not limited to; mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, behavioral health for children and adolescents, transitional care and rehab, and addiction.
While Mrs. Toles education and training has equipped her to address a variety of emotional and behavioral issues, she has a particular interest in enhancing and strengthening individuals health, functioning abilities, independence and quality of life.
